Arrival

Touchdown at Incheon International Airport. Meet your Gainwell tour manager and English-speaking guide; transfer by private AC coach (44/45-seater standard, the largest size operated in Korea) to the Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul or similar 4★.

Lunch

Group lunch at a hand-picked Indian restaurant en route to the hotel.

Check-in

Hotel check-in from 15:00 onwards (early check-in attracts a one-night charge and is arranged only on request).

Signature

N Seoul Tower with a private group cable car ride up Namsan for the famed Love Lock Wall and skyline panoramas (observatory entry not included).

Cocktail Dinner

Private welcome banquet at a hand-picked Indian restaurant — 2-hour open bar (house wine, beer, soft drinks), veg & non-veg starters, full buffet dinner with soft instrumental music. Ideal opening night for an awards or intro session.

Morning

Breakfast at the hotel, then the full guided DMZ Tour — Imjingak Park, ID check at the Unification Bridge, the DMZ theatre & exhibition hall, the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel and the Dora Observatory. A safe, fully escorted and uniquely Korean signature experience.

Lunch

Group lunch at a vetted local restaurant near the DMZ — there are no Indian restaurants in the border zone, and the local set menu is curated by the tour manager in advance.

Afternoon

Free time in the Hongdae area for cafés, street performances and youth-culture shopping.

Evening

Soft nightlife — Hangang River Cruise with a private section reserved for the group, timed for the Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain show.

Dinner

Group dinner at a hand-picked Indian restaurant. Overnight at the Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul or similar.

Adventure module — ATV Ride at Jeju ATV Park. Light thrill, scenic and excellent for group photo ops.

Evening

Signature — Yongduam (Dragon Head) Rock followed by Dongmun Night Market with curated street-food sampling and souvenir shopping.

Hotel

Group dinner and check-in at the Gloucester Hotel Jeju or similar 4★ for the next two nights.

Signature — Seongsan Ilchulbong Sunrise Peak (UNESCO World Heritage), the dramatic Seopjikoji coastline and a curated visit to Seongeup Folk Village.

Evening

Group dinner at a hand-picked Indian restaurant. Optional cultural show add-on on request. Overnight in Jeju.

Transfer · Flight Home

Morning

Breakfast at the hotel. Lobby pickup four hours before flight departure for the transfer to Jeju airport (hotel check-out before 12:00 noon to avoid an additional night charge).

Onward

Domestic flight to Incheon and connecting homebound flight. Indian packed meal arranged where flight timings require — no one travels hungry.

End to End

All Inclusive.

From Kolkata to Kolkata — flights, visa, hotels, all meals, internal flight, transfers, guided sightseeing and a Gainwell tour manager. Guests don't spend a rupee on essentials.

Return International Flights

Kolkata ⇄ Seoul/Incheon economy class on a preferred carrier with check-in baggage as per airline policy.

Domestic Flight

Seoul → Jeju one-way domestic flight included for the group.

Korea Visa & Documentation

Group Korea visa processing, travel insurance and full documentation support.

4★ Hotels — Seoul & Jeju

2 nights at the Swiss Grand Hotel Seoul (or similar 4★) and 2 nights at the Gloucester Hotel Jeju (or similar 4★), twin-share with daily breakfast.

All Meals — End to End

Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily — group meals at hand-picked Indian restaurants throughout, with one curated local lunch on the DMZ day where Indian dining is not available.

Private Coach & Transfers

Dedicated AC coach in Seoul and Jeju for all transfers and sightseeing, with English-speaking local guides. Korea operates 44/45-seater standard coaches (or 28-seater premium) — 50-seater coaches are not available locally.

Sightseeing & Experiences
